Wednesday!

It's one of my favorite blog days of the week: Wednesday! So today I am linking up with Jamie @ This kind of Love for my favorite link up, What I'm Loving Wednesday!

Today is my sweet Mom's birthday! I'm loving that we're going to dinner with the family tonight and then having birthday cake to celebrate! She is truly one of my best friends. I haven't always felt that way. I definitely gave her and my dad a run for their money when I was a little younger, but I'm so glad I finally grew up and realize how much I truly do still need my parents. I talk to my mom pretty much everyday and I would be completely lost without her! From helping me decorate the house to financial advice to good recipes, it's true what they say about always needing your Mama! So happy birthday mom hope your day is SO special I love you!


I'm loving that I have Sunday and Monday off this coming weekend. It's like actually having a normal weekend!

I'm loving that I was able to take off Sept. 3&4 so we can go to the first FSU home game in Tallahassee!! I sure have missed football and my Noles!


I found some awesome tailgating dresses that I just LOVE! Mom and I are going to attempt to make them. (By Mom and I, I really mean that we'll pick out the fabric and then she'll sew them while I keep her company. I'm sewing machine retarded.. and let's face it I don't have the patience to learn!)

I'm loving that my sweet friend Whitney is back from Colorado with adorable baby Annisten so we can start walking at nights after work.. hopefully we can start tonight!

I'm loving that since I was a major slacker yesterday it's actually Thursday now so that much closer to the weekend!

and of course, I'm loving my husband and baby boy Natty!

What I'm loving Wednesday!

This week I am LOVING:

That although we had a change of plans and missed Bands on the Beach, we eneded up having a fun dinner with Dad at one of my favorite restaurants.

I'm loving that my sweet Mama took her whole afternoon Friday to help me shop for the house, and I'm loving how cute it's all coming together!(Now if I can just get her to come help me hang up pictures.. hmm..)



I'm loving my incredible husband (as always) and that he is planning a little mini "vacation" for Labor Day! Lucky for me he loves to be on the go as much as I do!

I'm loving this little face! But I'm missing him and his Mama! Need some Trae and Mandy time!

I'm LOVING that I have this Sunday off and my sweet hubs is already talking about fun things to do! :)

I'm loving these cute outside mats for the house, but I can't decide which ones!!

Yes, I have turned into one of "those" decorating people and I'm obsessed!

I'm loving that I've had two days off in a row, and that I'll work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and get another day off! :)

I'm also LOVING how sweet my Natty dog has been lately! He's such a big love. He just wants to cuddle all the time, which I admit can be annoying at times, but I just love him to pieces!

Wednesday already?! This week is flying! Which is one thing I am loving today! I have an extra long week this week. 6 working days, but then a holiday weekend! Woo hoo! I do have to work Saturday, but I get Sunday, Monday, and half a day Tuesday! Yipeeee!

4th of July is one of my favorite holidays! I don't know our plans yet still. But we are kicking off the weekend with a little get together at the new house. I'm LOVING this. I've gotten all kinds of yummy ideas for snacks to make that night, and my favorite part is that we're making a HUGE slip n' slide in the back yard! Can you say fun?!

I'm loving that tonight Stephen and I are going to eat dinner at my parent's house and FINALLY deciding on wedding pictures! We've had the proofs for a month, but haven't decided what we wanted and printed and what we want put in the photo book. There's so many pictures it's just too hard to decide! I'm really looking forward to seeing my parents. Now that we live further away, we don't see them as often. Before we moved we went over there for dinner 2 or 3 times a week. The flip side of that is I'm getting more creative with my cooking! (Husband is enjoying this!)

I am LOVING getting settled into the new house. Which also means I'm  LOVING getting a little creative in my decorating skills! I'm no Martha Stewart. My mom got all those genes and kept them for herself, but I'm trying, and recruiting her to help!

I'm LOVING this comforter set to go in our sherbert green guest room. What do you think?

I'm LOVING that it's FINALLY almost the end of this work day! I'm ready to head to my parents' for a yummy dinner and a visit and to see my sweet husband! (Who I'm ALWAYS loving by the way!)

Just barely made it..

AGAIN!! My life has been so crazy this week that I just barely make it in time for my favorite link ups! And sadly, I haven't found time to write a real post... BAD! I will catch up soon, promise!! But for now, without further ado, What I'm loving Wednesdays!!

There's a LOT to be loving this Wednsday! 

I started my new job, and I'm seriously loving it!

I'm loving that I turned in my LAST under grad presentation EVER today!!(However, I'm not loving these last few finals standing between me and graduation!!)

I'm loving that I finally made myself decide on shoes for my bridesmaids! One thing to mark off the wedding check list! Which is good since we're officially at 30 days!!

 

And of course, I'm always loving my sweet, sweet boys!!

Barely made it in time for WILW...

So, I was laying in bed, the future hubs fast asleep already, when I realized.. I hadn't posted my What I'm loving Wednesday post! Ahhh! It's one of my two favorite posts for the week! So just in the knick of time, without further ado, here you go: :)

I love that I finally went grocery shopping today! (Boy, did we need food!) I love that I found this awesome tabouli mix so I could make homemade tabouli salad! One of my favorites! Unfortunatley for the guy that ones Four Winds market, I won't need to go in there to buy it anymore because it's way cheaper and just as delicious to make it myself!

YUMMY!!

I'm loving that we finally decided on, ordered, and are now currently waiting on Stephen's wedding band!(Good thing too since there's only 37 days til our wedding now!! Eeeep!)

I love it, because I think it's different! :)

I love, love, love that Stephen's been making the drive home every night in stead of staying on base and we've been able to cook/eat dinner together and watch our favorite shows! Pretty much my favorite past time! :)

I'm LOVING the awesome weather we've been having! Gorgeous, sunny, and warm all day and clear and cool enough to have the windows open at night! My skin sure is loving the tan!

I'm loving how LAZY my Natty dog is!

I'm seriously LOVING the fact that we've already gotten so many RSVPs back for the wedding! My mom called me tonight to tell me that she checked the mail today and had 18! 18!!! (They just went out on Friday), love that people respond so quickly! (Mom was excited but I think it secretly stresses her out a bit too, it's amazing how quickly weddings grow! ;)

I love that's already Wednesday and this week is already almost over.. next week is the last week of actual class then a couple finals... LOVE that!! Hello graduation! :)

Personally, today I'm loving that it's already WEDNESDAY!! Feels like the week just started but we're half way through. That means two things: 1) I only have three more weeks left in school FOREVER!! and 2) my bridal shower is on Saturday and I'm super excited!! I'm so blessed to have such awesome people in  my life to do something like that for me! I've showed them before but they're just so cute.. here are the invitations to my shower that I just LOVE ..

I also love that this weekend means my wittle seestor will be coming home!! Beach day Friday! :) Excited to see her!



I'm loving this awesome weather we've been having, got a little cool the last two days but it's a nice reminder that it's still spring, not summer yet!

I'm loving that we got the honeymoon flights booked last night! My awesome soon-to-be grandparents-in-law were amazing for giving us their timeshare for the week, so Port Lucaya, Bahamas here we come!!



I'm loving that there are only 45 days until our wedding!! Finally picked the menu Monday night with mom and Stephen, just the last few little details and we're there.

I'm also loving that on Sunday my amazing cousin, Mandy FINALLY turns 21 and we'll be celebrating with her Saturday night!!

I'm loving that my airman finally went back to work after a 6 week "break"! I definitley miss him being home, but LOVE that he's back to work which means paycheck again! I'm also loving that him and Bryan have decided to carpool so he'll come home at night instead of staying on base. I wasn't too excited about that idea.

Of course, I'm loving my sweet fiance and puppy dog!

Today i'm loving lots of things...

The Rain

I hate being stuck inside but I love that classes are cancelled so I get to just hang out with my love all day. Definitley needed this day to just lounge!

Stephen suited up in his AF issued rain gear to go out and pick up lunch.(I need to go to the grocery store, but there's NO way i'm going in this weather!)

Our apartment complex flooded!! I sort of feel like we're living on a house boat.. surrounded by water on all sides! I'm loving it, but poor Natty dog is hating it!

But he's ok because his sweet daddy brought him a treat!

What else am I loving today....

Wedding band!

We picked Stephen's wedding band. We haven't ordered it yet, and we may not buy this exact one because i'm not 100% sold on Kay Jewelers, but we want one of this different looking black and silver ones... LOVE IT!



New Tv Show!

Watched the new Lifetime Show: Coming Home... LOVING it! Cried of course, but totally worth it, I love this show!



Trivia night!

One of our favorite games.. our local Mellow Mushroom does trivia night on Wednesday so we love to get a group of friends and go up there. Good pizza, cold beer, and fun trivia with friends! Can't wait til tonight!

I know, I know, it's over now! I actually missed all the parades because the weather here was so terrible, but i'm loving these cans by Bud Light for the season!





Lent

And now, the lenten season begins.. I've never actually given up something and stuck with it for the full 40 days. I really want to this year, but I want to pick something good. Something that will actually be hard for me to do. I'm thinking maybe chocolate? But i'm not sure yet. I will be sure to let you all know when I do decide so maybe i'll be more likely to stick with it!
